Refund policy

At JAKIB, we strive to provide the highest quality products. All our merchandise is custom printed, therefore, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

However, if your product arrives with a defect or damage, we will gladly replace it 100% free of charge. Simply contact me zander@jakibmedia.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and I will arrange for the replacement to be sent as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
